My Favorite Book

This is the first novel I've finished. I had a good time reading this book. Reading the novel I encountered the word "aye". I don't know the meaning of this word, i search it on dictionaries but I did not find it, it made me difficult to understand the sentences with this word, but when I reached the middle part of the book, I just smiled and realized that this word means "YES". I just laughed and whispered at myself, "yun lang pala yun joan.. hai nakuu..!" and  sigh. (oh ayan.. alam mo na din meaning ng "aye" ha??! hahaha..!!)
